The Villa San Juan Capistrano set the stage for Nick and Jessica’s fairytale wedding day.

Once upon a time these two lovers met, fell deeply in love, and decided to proclaim their feelings for each other in front of loved ones on this joyous day.

So begins the story of their wedding.

In The Villa’s enchanting Chapel, Jessica’s slippers wait to be worn for her prince.

A good saint keeps a keen eye on the day’s fair-weathered activities.

In the next room, Jessica’s loyal friends gather in the Bridal Suite and help prepare for her big moment.

The beautiful bride and her faithful maids cheers to all the love that is soon to ensue.

Meanwhile, across the stone courtyard and through the French doors, the groom sits calmly with his closest men in The Villa’s cozy living room.

He takes a moment to collect the perfect words to say to his true love.

Back in the Bridal Suite, Jessica walks towards the altar for Nick’s first look at her as his bride.

As Nick stands there waiting, his anticipation heightens. A knowing Jessica taps him gently on the shoulder.

He turns around and sees Jessica’s loving smile and the two embrace. This unforgettable moment was captured by Benj Haisch Photography.

Officiant Damien Pirro, guides the lovers as they exchange vows. At last, they are pronounced Mr. and Mrs. Pirro!

Loved ones clap, cheer, and whistle as the enthusiastic couple glides down the aisle.

The bridal party reconvenes in The Villa’s foyer, where Nick and Jessica happily sign their marriage license and cheers again to happily ever after.

Not even Walt Disney could conjure up such a romantic wedding.

When Astrid came to visit The Villa San Juan Capistrano for the first time with her grandmother and bridesmaid Jo, it was love at first sight. Looking around the enchanting property, her eyes lit up and it was clear to see that this was the place she was going to be wed. On a gorgeous day in April 2013, Astrid married her true love, Jeff Fullerton.

You are cordially invited to their wedding day.
